Pixel Products Now available directly from Google Store in India. 

In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in India, Google has launched its official online store, allowing customers to buy Pixel devices directly from the company.

Starting from 29 May 2025, Google began selling Pixel devices directly through its official online store in India, the world’s second largest smartphone market after China. This has marked Google’s entry into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce segment in India. 

The Google India stores lists Pixel Smartphones including Pixel 9, Pixel 9a, Pixel 9 Pro Fold as well as Pixel Watch 3, and Pixel Buds Pro 2. USB-type C power adapters and more. 

Earlier Pixel devices were only available via third party platforms like Flipkart, Croma, Reliance, Bajaj Electronics, Vijay Sales and others. Now with the launch of its own digital platform Indian customers can purchase Pixel products directly from online Google store.

India-focused features. 

UPI support – The Online Google store provides various payment modes including UPI (Unified Payment Interface) due to its high usage in India. 

No cost Emi – Offers through HDFC Bank and 15+ select banks 

Exchange Bonus – Old smartphone can be exchanged to receive a special exchange bonus. By upgrading devices through this program existing Pixel users can enjoy additional offers or discounts. 

Store Credit – It also offers store credit facility for future purchases on the Google store. 

Fast Delivery – Google is partnering with Blue Dart which covers 12,600 PIN codes across the nation with 24-48 hours delivery timeline. 

Customer Support 

Users can initiate repairs and schedule pick-ups directly via store online store. Full service support will be provided through the company. 

The company has expanded its same-day repair service in India by adding 20 service centers including its three existing Google Exclusive Service Centers. The move is aimed at minimizing downtime and ensuring smoother & more convenient experience for the customers.

Google is also manufacturing Pixel smartphones in India to improve availability and affordability. 

Pixel devices are available in 2,000+ stores across 25+ large retail and mobile partners including Tata Group’s Croma, Reliance, Vijay sales and others among others. 

Pixel has only ~1% of the Indian Premium Smartphone market. However, brand awareness and consumer interest are growing.
