Storage options for the device include 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage, which can be expandable via microSD card, with USB OTG support.

The OPPO K13x 5G features a dual rear camera setup and a single front-facing camera, designed to cover a variety of photography and video needs. The main rear camera is a 50MP wide-angle lens with an f/1.8 aperture, a 76° field of view, and a 5P lens structure.

Accompanying it is a 2MP monochrome camera with an f/2.4 aperture, 89° field of view, and fixed-focus.
