TVS CEO Spotted Testing New Norton V4 Ahead of Global Debut at EICMA 2025
Norton V4 motorcycle first look under TVS
Norton Motorcycles, under the ownership of TVS Motor Company, is gearing up to make a stunning return to the global motorcycle scene.
As the first Norton V4 developed entirely under TVS, this superbike promises a bold new chapter for the brand — with aggressive styling, premium hardware, and cutting-edge performance tech.
Norton V4 spotted testing by TVS CEO UK
The upcoming Norton V4 has been spotted undergoing final rounds of testing — and what’s more exciting is that TVS’s Managing Director, Sudarshan Venu, was seen personally riding the bike in the UK.
This marks the first completely new motorcycle developed under TVS’s stewardship, and its public reveal is just around the corner.
Norton V4 to Make World Premiere on 4 November
The highly anticipated global unveiling of the new Norton V4 is set for 4 November at EICMA 2025, the prestigious international motorcycle exhibition held in Milan.
Teasers released earlier hinted at something special, and the latest images confirm that Norton is ready with a bike that means business.
While the test model appears close to production, it still lacks its final paintwork and decals — a sign that the company is focusing on engineering excellence before wrapping it up in visual flair.
Aggressive New Styling and Purposeful Design
The new Norton V4 represents a bold new design direction. Gone is the retro-modern aesthetic of the older model — replaced by a sharper, more aggressive look.
Expect sleek headlights, prominent DRLs, a completely redesigned fairing, and an overall race-ready stance.
From the test images, the motorcycle exudes a serious performance intent.
The riding posture looks committed, clearly aimed at sportbike enthusiasts who demand both form and function.

High-End Hardware and Electronics Incoming
Though full specifications are still under wraps, the Norton V4 is expected to come loaded with premium components.
The prototype is equipped with fully adjustable USD forks, a rear monoshock, dual disc brakes, and 17-inch alloy wheels — a setup that signals serious corner-carving capabilities.
On the tech front, a six-speed gearbox mated to a bidirectional quick shifter has been confirmed.
Several electronic aids are also expected to be packed in, helping the bike compete with other premium European and Japanese sportbikes.
A Key Milestone for Norton Under TVS
This V4 is more than just a motorcycle — it’s a statement of intent. For TVS, this is the first major launch under the Norton banner since acquiring the brand.
The goal is to revive Norton’s legacy in the global superbike space, and this flagship model is the first step.
More models are in development, and we’re likely to see an entire range of performance-oriented Nortons in the coming years.
But first, TVS wants to ensure that the V4 sets a high benchmark.
TVS Norton V4 India launch timeline and strategy
Although Indian enthusiasts are eager to see the Norton V4 on local roads, the launch in India is still some time away.
TVS’s strategy is to rebuild Norton’s global image first, and then bring premium offerings to India in phases.
Instead of leading with the V4, the brand will start its Indian innings with smaller-displacement bikes under 500cc — aimed squarely at rivals like the KTM Duke 390 and Triumph Speed 400.
These motorcycles will be manufactured at TVS’s Hosur plant, which is also being readied to produce BMW’s upcoming 450cc twin-cylinder models, such as the F 450 GS.
Interestingly, the same engine platform is expected to power future TVS-branded motorcycles as well, showing strong synergies between the two brands.
What’s Next for TVS?
While Norton prepares for its grand EICMA comeback, TVS continues to strengthen its presence in India.
The company just launched the 2025 Apache RTR 310, and more performance-focused models are in the pipeline.
With cutting-edge products on the horizon from both Norton and TVS, the future looks fast — and very exciting.
