The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell conducts the MAH-LLB Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to the Five-Year and Three-Year LL.B.
The fee structure for these courses is prescribed by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, and is designed to ensure affordability while maintaining a fair and transparent admission process.
The application fees vary based on the candidate’s category, domicile status, and reservation eligibility, with concessional rates provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories, persons with disabilities, and other special categories.
MAH-LLB (5-Years) CET-2026
The application fee for MAH-LLB (5-Years) CET-2026 depends on the candidate’s category and domicile status.
Fee Structure
General Category Candidates
For General category candidates from Maharashtra State and Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates, the application fee is ₹1300/-.
Reserved Category Candidates (Maharashtra State Only)
Candidates belonging to reserved categories from Maharashtra State, including SC, ST, OBC, VJ-DT/NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, EWS, SEBC, and PWD, are required to pay a reduced application fee of ₹1000/-.
Note: Reserved category candidates must possess valid documents such as Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, wherever applicable, valid up to 31 March 2027. A PWD candidate must have a valid UDID certificate.
Orphan and Transgender Candidates
All orphan candidates and transgender candidates, irrespective of category, are required to pay an application fee of ₹1000/- for MAH-LLB (5-Years) CET-2026.
Important Fee-Related Instructions
The application fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final submission and payment of fees, the application form cannot be edited or modified under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are advised to verify all details carefully before making the payment.
Candidates must use only one active mobile number and one email ID for submitting the application form. These contact details should remain active throughout the CET process and the centralized admission process.
Candidates are also advised not to share their application number, password, or OTP with anyone.

MAH-LLB (3-Years) CET-2026
The MH CET Law 2026 application fee for the 3-Year LLB course depends on the candidate’s category and domicile status.
The fee must be paid online during the submission of the application form through the CBT (Computer Based Test) registration portal. Also, the fee must be paid online only through debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets or UPI. Service charges may apply.
Once paid, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fee Structure
For Open / General category candidates, including Maharashtra State Open category, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), All India candidates, and J&K migrants, the application fee is ₹1,300.
For candidates belonging to Backward Class categories of Maharashtra State such as SC, ST, OBC, VJ-DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, SEBC, EWS, and PWD, the application fee is ₹1,000.
For Orphan, Transgender, and Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates from Maharashtra State, the application fee is also ₹1,000 irrespective of other categories.
All candidates must ensure that the payment is completed successfully during the application period, as incomplete or unpaid forms are rejected.
Candidates are advised to use an active email ID and mobile number for registration and keep them active until the entire CET examination and Centralized Admission Process is completed.
Candidates should not share their Application Number, Password, or OTP with anyone.
Only one email ID and one mobile number can be used for a single application form.

The Five-Year LL.B. course is an integrated programme open to students who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination.
The Three-Year LL.B. course is intended for graduates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
