Maharashtra FYJC Admission 1st Merit List 2025: Allotment List to be Released on June 30 – Steps to Download and Key Details

 

The Maharashtra School Education and Sports Department will release the CAP Round 1 merit list for First Year Junior College (FYJC) admissions on June 30, 2025.

The list, along with the cut-off marks, will be published on the official website – mahafyjcadmissions.in.

Initially scheduled for today, the release has now been postponed.

 

How to Check and download Maharashtra FYJC Admission 1st Merit List 2025

Students can follow the steps below to access their allotment details:

1. Visit the official website: mahafyjcadmissions.in

2. Click on the link for FYJC 1st Merit List 2025

3. Enter the required login credentials

4. View the merit list displayed on the screen

5. Download and print the list for future use

Important Dates and Timings

The registration for Maharashtra FYJC 2025 admissions began on May 21, but due to technical issues, the schedule was revised.

The process resumed on a Monday at 11:00 AM. The first merit list and allotment details will now be available on June 30 at 5:00 PM.

Candidates can check the details of their allotted junior college by entering their application numbers.

After checking the allotment, students are required to visit the assigned colleges for admission between June 30 and July 7.

According to a notice on the official website, “Round-1 Allotment List along with Minority, Management, and In-house Quota Lists was published on June 28, 2025. Students must report to their allotted colleges for admission from June 30 to July 7, 2025, by 6:00 PM.”

Information about vacant seats for the next round of admissions will be made available on July 4.

 

List of Documents Required for Admission

Candidates selected in the merit list must present the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Mobile Number
  • Class 10 Marksheet
  • School Leaving CertificateCaste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
  • EWS Certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate for Children of Ex-Servicemen
  • Sports Certificate (National/International level)
  • Orphan Certificate
  • Embassy-attested documents (for foreign students)
  • Transfer Order and Joining Letter (if applicable)

Number of Colleges and Available Seats

As per the data shared by the department, a total of 9,435 junior colleges and higher secondary schools have registered for this round. These institutes are offering 21,23,040 seats, of which 18,97,526 seats fall under the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The remaining 2,25,514 seats are reserved under different quotas.
